Wolf Pen Gap Cabins Rental Policies
- Making Reservations: To make a reservation right away, please use the below RESERVATION FORM… or you can contact us using our CONTACT FORM and we will call you back to confirm dates.
- Rates/Rental Payment: To confirm booking, a 50% deposit is required at booking and balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to booked dates.
- Check In/Out Times & Minimum Stay: Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 10:00am. Minimum stay of 2 nights is required, 3 nights on holidays and on special event weekends.
- Cancellation Policy: We require 30/day notice for full refund. If we get less than 30 days, we refund $100.00 or reschedule for another date.
- Smoking Policy: Wolf Pen Gap Cabins are all non-smoking inside.
- Good Neighbor Policy: Be courteous to other guests in nearby cabins. Quiet Time is from 10:00pm CST to 7:00am CST.
- Age Policy: You must be 21 years of age to rent a cabin.
- Pets / Animals Policy: Absolutely NO PETS / NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed!
- Firearms Policy: The use or discharge of firearms in or around the cabin property is strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of guests in nearby cabins.
- Campfire Policy: Please remember when using a campfire that you are in the Ouachita National Forest, and environment where wild fire can spread rapidly if you’re a campfire is not used and maintained properly.
- Happy Stay Policy: We want your experience to be AWESOME! We hope you have the time of your lives here at Wolf Pen Gap Cabins and the Ouachita Wilderness!
